<p>According to a joint study by Deloitte and the Manufacturing Institute,<br />
manufacturing companies have roughly 600,000 vacancies they are struggling to<br />
fill. It illustrates a growing skills mismatch, with not enough of the 13.1<br />
million unemployed Americans equipped for the available jobs.</p>
<p>More than one million service members are projected to<br />
leave the military by 2016. The Obama administration and Congress have pushed<br />
forward an array of measures, including tax credits for companies employing<br />
veterans of the two wars.</p></blockquote>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Although the economy seems to be turning around, there are many recession related challenges currently faced by staffing firms, some of which are laid out in this article.  Despite all of the challenges, our service and retention have remained at the highest levels.  Rotator has maintained in it&#8217;s commitment to our people and our employees. </p>
<p>We continue to offer competitive benefits, on time pay, and the flexibility our employees require while finding them quality jobs.  We know, that people are our most important asset, and despite everything else going on we strive to keep our people satisfied.</p>
