Our Expert Team Presents at Industry Event
On Thursday, June 1st 2017 the New York Staffing Association held its annual Super Seminar Day. The experts from the Staffing-the-Universe team were there as speakers to present and share knowledge
This year’s theme was the “Be the Best.” As such, they reached out to well known experts within the industry to present on panels about what it takes to be the best in staffing.
This year, our team had two members asked to join panels. Both members of the team was asked to speak to industry professionals. One on the topic of best practices and techniques to excel at sales and the other on best practices and techniques in recruiting.
Mike Menzer is currently the Managing Director at the Staffing-the-Universe Family of companies. He is responsible for overseeing a team of Recruiters and Sales Personnel, in addition to personal production within both sales and recruiting.
Mike has spent the last 10 years working in various management roles for Staffing-the-Universe in addition to other large, international staffing firms. Mike has experience in a variety of verticals and industries within both the Contract and Direct Hire space. In addition to his Management and Operational responsibilities, Mike also currently manages accounts responsible for $3 million in annual contract revenue, in addition to $1 million in direct hire fees on an annual basis.
Daniella Adinolfi is the Managing Director of recruiting, and oversees a large team of recruiters while managing a full desk on a daily basis. She is responsible for account management on major national level projects, and full life-cycle teams.
Additionally, Daniella handles all of her firms internal training for recruiters and shares some helpful tips on addressing red flags and behavioral interviewing, the importance of recruiting across market spaces, and relationship building.
They were both part of an extremely educational and productive day capped off by excellent key note speakers and filled with networking opportunities, vendor meetings, and training seminars.
